Appraisal Doubt

I joined TCS on 11th March 2024. I received anniversary letter stating compensation will be revised in next annual appraisal cycle.. So will compensation be revised in April 2025 or April 2026 ?

You will get the hike this year as you join 11 march so they will count 1 year for 11 march to 31 march 2024 so you are lucky to get the appraisal
