Appraisal Discussion
I received a 3.7 IPF rating but was not given the option to disagree with it. I raised this concern with HR, and they advised me to discuss it with my manager. After our discussion, my manager agreed to revise both my rating and band. However, I am uncertain if he will follow through, especially since the project is ending in April and my involvement is still critical, although I’ve noticed a slowdown in work.
What additional steps should I take to ensure the commitment is honored if my manager does not keep his word?
Ipf score cannot be changed once submitted but bands can be altered if they find ur arguments valid.. Make ur onsite who is aware of your work talk to offshore saying you are very valuable for team and ur drop in work will impact the project
Work is already impacted as I am directly working with the client.

And the project will be wrapped up on April
it is good to drop a mail wrt the discussion you had . Couple of years ago I had issue with band and it did not change even after verbal communication . And the H.r finally said it is my fault as i should be vigilant and close the case. Now i got 3.7.. in my 10 years of work with tcs but i dint bother to argue as am doing wfh till from last 6 months due to personal issue which is unapproved. And he keeps on sending me mail to return.
