I am going to join the Accenture strategy in mid of the Dec 2024. Will I be eligible for the coming appraisal? What is the average increment percentage %?

You will be eligible for appraisal in the current cycle as Accenture's appraisal cycle is September to August. Can't tell anything about the average increment %

You won't be eligible for the coming appraisal if you join in mid-Dec 2024. Appraisals usually consider a full year's performance. Average increment is around 8-10%. Good luck! 💪
