Appraisal denied.

DOJ 23/11/23 in HCL. Didn’t get appraisal this year because as per my manager “people who completed one year in FY 2024-25 are not eligible”. Does this even make sense? Shouldn’t I be eligible?

No it is not true, i also joined HCL on 30th Nov 2023 and got appraisal in the october cycle 2024.

Even though u get appraisal it’s around less than 3 % , so don’t expect more , work for 2 years better u can leave without demanding anything
