Guys,

I joined Infy in January this year, got to know that hike cycle goes on from Sept to Oct here at Infy.

Will i be eligible for this year's hike cycle i.e joined infy in jan 2025 and eligibility for oct 2025 cycle.

Also, how much %ge of hike i can expect

For previous cycle it was like if you have joined before 31st dec 2024 for laterals

Most probably you will get Met Expectations rating because you couldn't complete the full appraisal cycle of Oct24 to Sep25. Right now, the hike for Oct23 to Sep24 is due. Which means when company will announce the next hike, you wont be eligible as it will be for previous cycle. The hike after that, you will be eligible and can expect around 6-8%
