I joined Accenture on 27th December 2024. My total max variable component per annum is close to 5 lakhs. Can someone please let me know if I will be eligible for variable amount in May/June and if yes, how much can I expect?

Also, I heard that there will be hikes this year in June, is that true? If yes, will I be eligible based on my joining date?

As i was in the same position last year, I joined in dec 2023, i can say for may don’t expect much… i had variable around 2.5L but got even less than 10% of it and even generally u can expect 8-9% of base pay as bonus only not more

You had 2.5L for complete year or just for that cycle? Also if I understand correctly, you got approx 25k in May, right? Does this depend on the amount of time you have been on project?
