Last year, HR shifted the appraisal cycle to March. Now my manager is asking for work details, so I'm a bit confused about which appraisal cycle is currently applicable

Apart from Annual cycle which shifted to June, there is an Agile cycle every quarter.

If manager is asking for work then it's for September Agile cycle
