Appraisal Concern After Recent Team Change – Need Advice

recently transitioned to a new team and have been working with them for about one month. The appraisal cycle is coming up, and I’m concerned about how my performance band will be evaluated given the short time with the new team.

In my previous team, I consistently received the highest performance band. I want to ensure that my rating is not negatively impacted only because of the limited evaluation period in the new team.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? How is appraisal usually handled after a recent team transition? Any advice on how best to approach this with my manager?

you are not eligible for performance evaluation from currebt project as its less than 60 days. your prior project will be filling up your appraisal
