Appraisal Cancelled due to non compliance WFO in Q3
My appraisal got cancelled since I was non compliant, despite my medical and I was unallocated.
Can you give more clarity, how you came to know it has been cancelled ? Were you not given a rating ipf? Some mail was sent to you ?
If HRs are not informing the people directly then you can see the speed appraisal stuaus... Most of you should be showing" Process closed "... But if you are still showing" view ipf" then you are in trouble

Got email from HR , though I am allocated already but no project was assigned. Moreover I informed HR about the medical earlier still no action.
What was ur attendance percentage for q2 qnd q3?
They will simply put C or D that’s it

Yes even I heard the same if any resource not going office even if he is allocated with seat then they might cancel appraisal and resource will not get any hike
