Appraisal based on RTO
Hi all i received a mail saying that our appraisal might depend on our RTO. ARE THEY NOT GOING TO GIVE US GOOD BAND IF WE HAVEN'T SIT FOR 9 HOURS ??
I seriously don't give a shit about this. I go to office 1-2 times a month and sit for only 3-4 hours. What are they gonna do? Not give an A band? Fine by me. As if they are going to reward A band-ers with 100% hike! I know my lead and my management enough to be assured I won't get a C band. That leaves with B band. Good enough for me.
I am not going to the office due to a serious health issue, and HR is also not giving the WFO exception, so I still have not visited the office, now I am afraid it will impact my appraisal 🥹🥲
Hope it wouldnt effect your salary , they may kept you in stoppay
They will not hear to our pleas and stuff. They will stop CA and they will put LOP for the days not visited the office. I’m sorry but it will affect your appraisal because HRs have scolded me like crazy for that just coz I couldn’t able to relocated as easily as they think
Not in excat but i asked HR for hrs last tym i remember 2months ago she said atleast 6hrs need to be in ODC
still im also sitting for 3-4hrs only
Great at least you have an ODC to sit. They didn’t provide an ODC for me nor they allow me to work at home but they need the job to be finished 🙏🏻

Hi , I am doing wfh from 3 months . My supervisor also told me you can do work from home . Would I faced any problem from HR in future?
