There is a stark difference in TCS right as compared to two years back...this year they might not consider anyone if wfo is messed up!

Same question I asked on this platform 2 years back, people were giving same answer it will be based on WFO index
But
Reality is if you are top performer and your WFO index is less, yes they will downgrade band
But if you don't have dependacy or visibility at the end low band only
