Appraisal Band Release Date , Hike Letter, RTO
I have seen many posts about band release date and assumptions.
- Band Release date
2023 it was released in first week of april. 2022 it was released in the 1st or 2nd week of may.
Even those years many said band will come early blah blah. But nobody really knows.
You are free to assume it will come early in march.
Calm down and wait till the first week of April.
- Letter
If band is released in april, then letter will be released in the same week. It will reflect in april salary. If not ,it will come as arrears next month.
- RTO date and Band
That also nobody knows. It depends on the unit.
- IPF rating and Band
To some extent they are related but mostly they are not. Those who got less IPF have got A/B. Those who got high IPF have got B/C.
If you are very new to a project or if you are getting released most probably you will get C.
- A band
If you are wondering whether or not you will get A, then most likely you will not get an A. Those who usually get A know well before that they will get A. Dont ask me how
