Yes D band is true i got it last year due to wfo non compliance got salary reduction and put in pip

D band was given last year as well. They had stopped giving D many years ago but they started again due to RTO non compliance. If you get D you will get a salary deduction and most likely also be put in PIP

Got a confirmation from my manager about this .

The higher management has got some email from HR asking to issue a certain percentage of " D " and hence higher management is revaluating the bands proposed by immediate managers and reviewers to enable this and the best option is to use RTO.

Not a rumour, it is 100% true. Last year one associate in my project received D band. And yes there is a deduction on D band.
Your variable pay will get reduced from ctc.

Wfo compliance is not only the reason for D ban and this year 10 percent D band are coming

If IPF 3.73, I will be get it C band is it impact to current package ?

I've asked for release and look what I got 2.6 rating and eventually D band.

Whoever get less than 3.4 will get D band this year
