Appraisal and Wings1

Hey Fellow TCSers, I'm in a huge dilemma, I have cleared wings1 exam today, finally after so much of struggle. But, my dilemma starts here, it's the band that will decide if I get incentives. It's been 3 days since I have been allocated to a new project. I was released from my last project in November. Since the appraisal is near, the new project manager says the appraisal will be given by the previous project. But, the previous project HR says appraisal and band depends on the current project. Kindly help me, does anyone have an idea on this or any suggestions for getting 'B band'
