Trending @HCL; Appraisal and Variable Pay

I joined HCL in 2024 July when will get appraisal letter and variable if I resign the next day after getting these things will I have to return my variable pay?

Someone from Global HR services told Nov/Dec for variable pay for. But for appraisal he didn't told directly but says it is a long process and requires many approvals.

No return of variable pay, it is for the past period not for the future time .... Appraisal they will not give you immediately in 2025..they will suck blood for the first 2-3 years before they give something

These guys deploy us in US project 14 hours shift no good package no appraisal i will leave can't work with these guys like this also want me in office along with all this shit.
