So even after working and attending client calls till 9 -10Pm and getting good feedback email from client , attending all meeting regularly, giving good performance and literally everything , yet the HR gives me "Succeding" that is 3 star rating? Now what am I supposed to do ? This is disgusting, I had hig hopes atleast for 2 Star but now I don't even feel like working with them anymore ,since our efforts are not valuable to them.
Can I draft an email or something? Or What Can I do ? To know why I got such ratings despite giving better performance?.

To be honest, it's even not managers who does it. Like in my case, I had to give 1 rating to one of my reportee and I entered that and send ahead, our BU head told to make it to 2.
Finally it's the BU head who takes the call, i was also not happy while giving the rating and even I cannot explain that to my reportee as well.

@ExoticAmz for your kind information HR don't do anything in getsucess, bu HR has the authority to do anything, like hike, promotion etc. even if your manager give good rating also.

I am not blaming them , but I am saying that they are the one in theblast to give the rating as pernthe BU tells them , so that was just a way of saying that "HR gave this ratings"

HR nothing to do with your raiting dont blame them they only do things which leaders informed them....only manager and N+1 and above that BU Head and callibration team decide that what to give . Whom to give ..How much to give

99% employees get 3 star rating, it's default mode , they don't check every forms , it's bulk default mode to by bot to assign 3 rating in CG

I had a similar experience when receiving feedback from very senior individuals. I was also confused at the time, but a few managers explained that my recent promotion might have influenced them to rate me lower this time. It's quite frustrating, isn't it?
