Appraisal & Band

I was in 3 projects in 2023-2024 year not even 3 months in one project ,so In this case will I get "d" band and what will happen if I got d band Can any one let me know ?

PIP is being forced now for D . Be prepared for the next job if that happens.Hope you don't get.

If you get a "D" band, it might mean a lower increment or none. It's not ideal, but it's not the end of the world. Focus on improving performance.
