Congratulations! When did you got to know about your promotion? Was it verbally communicated to you by your manager or you got the promotion letter?

Thank you 😊 I received an email from the HR spoc person and the promotion letter is still in process. The promotion is effective July 1st and the result was declared in the beginning of June. It's almost one month and they haven't released the promotion letter yet. I'm concerned about how much of a hike I will get.
