Did anyone receive any hike related communication? I am a C1 band employee , who joined around 2022. I was expecting an appraisal related communication but found none. Is this the " future we get"?

It's weird that they haven't release the letter yet..is it to stop employees from resignation?

Yes , that is also a concern. Since this is my first appraisal , I can't help but just have to keep waiting till someone from the leadership team hits the "Send" button in their mailbox

Don’t worry all are waiting for appraisal email eagerly. Be patient..! At any cost it has to reflect on April 2024 salary .. otherwise CG has to give solid reason for that
