Appraisal.

I joined from a core company, there even workers/low grade labours(mason/mechanics/fitter/welders etc) were getting more than 30k increament every year and then also they were complaining; i dont know how IT engineers in tcs is surviving with such low salary and peanut hikes.
I had recntly joined tcs but now i am worried about future. Will switch back immediately.

And they putting WFO clause in the letter. They harassing the employees now.
