If someone has joined tcs last year on 5June and his manager asked to submit goals by 3rd week of may so will he get appraisal in salary?

Expirience also work n give inputs for a year n no appraisal really disheartening..

Also do they right this rule in offer letter??

Nobody mentions yearly appraisal process in offer letter.

For FYA This is the norm in TCS in recent years.

I had joined TCS last may 24th. I was told this year I will have a confirmation and then from next year you will be eligible for normal appraisal cycle. I was told from some of my colleagues that this conformation period is the only time he got a good % of hike. But that depends on your manager and tcs performance at that perticular year.
