When we will we get our appraisal letter? Any Idea, isn't it is coming in Jul'24?

No one has clear idea about it. I heard sep/oct/nov. As per my manager the appraisal will be in single digit which means max to max 9% that to on CTC

Don't expect 9%.
Hcl will give only less than 2%. They will simply tell company performance is declined in this year!.
