Ideally by 10th but last year as well they held on to it till mid of the month.

Yes. But you can expect a delay since they are eager to reduce headcounts..they will hold on to it till they can.

Yes, everyone will get the hike irrespective of the rating but the percentage will be low for 2 star. Last year I faced the same and it was quite disappointing.
