Only if you are fresher you will get some hike in March 2024.

If you are an experienced/lateral, you will have your first year anniversary in March 2024(only rating no hike)

Then you will be eligible for the hike in March 2025. So until 2025 you will not see any change in your salary.

Let suppose one case

My FAV will complete by 04th of March 2024 and next appraisal they will consider as 31 march 2024 so by this logic I will get the hike or not ??

You are not eligible for this year dude.

There should be some 30 or 60 day period between your FAV date and yearly appraisal date.

Instead of first year hike, they are offering one time bonus. Check your offer letter

Most probably no hike. Anniversary hikes have been stopped for lateral hires from 2022.
