Applying Sick and Earned Leaves on GESS for Extended Illness

Hi everyone, I have a total of 10 sick leaves available, but I’ve been ill for 15 days. How should I apply for leave on GESS in this situation? Can I use 5 earned leaves in addition to my sick leaves? Any guidance on the correct process would be appreciated!
