Trending @Accenture; Applying for new Laptop

I was in Mumbai base location where I got my laptop. Recently after getting a project I got relocated to Bengaluru. So I have surrendered my laptop to the base location via decommision request. Can someone help me how to apply for a new laptop from new base location i.e, Bengaluru (starting from 21st may)
