Applying for Australian PR

Hi, I am applying for Australian PR, I approached a consulatncy (y axis) they are charging 1,50,000₹ just for consultancy fee. Can we get Australian pr within 8 to 10months? Is it a wise decision to go abroad looking for job in 2024? And upto what amount i can bargain with the consultancy. Or can you suggest good consultancy. Thanks.
