Applying for a job

Hi There, thriving IT employees, Could use your advise/assistance over a job I am applying, I know it's a lot to ask, I'd really appreciate some guidance. I have recently completed 2yrs in Accenture-pune as a quality engineering associate/ manual tester with SAP, basic SQL backend validations and ETL source to target validations, I have handled a few API test cases, I am applying for this job at amazon QAE-1 A3165653, any thing which would help me attaining this job would be highly appreciated.
