I need to know if i Resign today then i need to. serve 3 month NP, but last day i pull back my resign then after how many days i can Resign again put resignation papers??

When you take your resignation back, it goes to your manager for approval, make sure he approves it else tata bye bye khatam. 😀

i dont think so manager has to. play role in this, since anyways why would manaage wants me to leave company.. he wants me to be in the project until he dies

I don't think so. One of my former teammate put papers to change location. once he got the location he put papers again for higher studies ( after 1 month)
