While I’m currently tagged to a project ,can I apply for other roles on IJP ?? and in case I get a new role , will I be able to switch projects ??

IJP is applicable only if you complete 18 months in a project. Incase you want to still apply you can but by directly talking to other BU's and in that case your transfer will be dependent on your current BU head and your manager
