This is the very proof that IT guys are pampered to such an extent that they no longer see reality.
A reset is much needed.

Only the IT sector follows some global standard of working in India. otherwise most of the toxic Indian companies and sectors consider the employees as their slaves.

Unfortunate.. but totally true. Infact within IT companies, Indians in India are treated differently and an Indian based out of the West is treated differently.
