Application At Infosys Help!!!!!!!!!

Hello Folks So Applied In Infosys About a 1.5 Months Ago and i randomly signed in into my account and found my application turned "Shortlisted After Screening" which is in blue Colour Can any one tell what does that mean like is it good spot or bad spot below is the attachment for your ref.
