Apple Software Updates

Hi Community, need your opinion on whether you update your ios softwares regularly or not. I have heard a lot that after software update your device becomes slow, battery starts draining out more, etc. So is it advisable to update ios version or not. What do you think ??

Yes, it’s normal for any phones to becomes slow and drain the battery not just iPhone or due to software updates

You don’t need to install iOS 18, just install the security patches, now Apple will allow you to stay on iOS 17, as long as essentia apps work fine stay don’t upgrade to iOS 18
