Offer: INR 47 LPA Base + 168k USD RSU(25% vesting/yr) + 10% Annual Bonus + Relocation Cash Allowance around 5L + Relocation Benefits as appliable
I am not sure of how to negotiate considering I don't have any competing offers. I am mostly thinking of asking for higher base atleast, but I don't think they'll take it. After a research online, Apple Base Pay is not usually a WOW factor. Please advise me with this.
