Apple Hyd vs Amazon Blr

Out of the two companies, which would you prefer to work in?

Considering TC to be the same, which would be a better workplace to grow, learn and have manageable WLB?

(Have not heard good reviews about Apple Hyd IS&T org, but Amazons WLB and PIP culture alsoo makes it hard to choose it)
