I finished interviewing with Apple HYD today for an ICT3 Backend position. I had 1 OA with 2 Questions and 5 rounds of interviews and all went very well. In fact one of the interviewers also told me "You are very smart and the interview went very well"
I have a counter offer from Intuit BLR: Base: 34 L | Bonus: 3.4 L Stocks: $46k
Apple hasn't got back to me yet about discussing the offer, but how much base should I expect from Apple, given I am to relocate? Is it right to expect 35L as base? I know the stocks are: $92.4k
YOE : 11 TC : 38.5L Base + 10% Bonus + RSU
Offer: INR 47 LPA Base + 168k USD RSU(25% vesting/yr) + 10% Annual Bonus + Relocation Cash Allowance around 5L + Relocation Benefits as appliable

I got an offer from splunk. The issue is last month I joined a banking MNC with 29 LPA as a fixed CTC.
