Appearing for MSFT AA next week? Any tips

I had 3 rounds of interviews few days back and now recruiter has scheduled AA round next week only for 30 mins with some very senior guy

What to expect? Please help , very nervous

They don't ask the classical "strong or weakness" questions. Their focus is mostly on how well you work with others so you can expect behavioural questions!!
