Helloo, I am currently in the assessment roles i.e., application coordinator role. Taking care of wave management activities. And I feel there is no growth in this field of mine which is wave management. If I ask for technical roles they are asking me for hands on experience. Soo confused because I am not having any growth🥺 anyone please helo
