Stocks - You gotta do your own research and comes with a bit of risk.
If you have lump sum you can buy land in an underdevloped area that has potential . Even commerical property is a good bet.

Stocks is too much of a hassle tbh. You need to always be on top of it.
I have been thinking of land earlier, but it is too long term
