Anyone working with Synergy Consulting ?

Was approached for a role but the reviews on glass door and ambition box are not that encouraging. If anyone can share their experience, it would be helpful.

Have known some ex colleagues that went there. No one lasted too long. Mostly they were people whose main motivation was to move to Delhi NCR for various reasons.

Yes, toxic workplace with too much pressure. The industry is very niche and the managers pretty much have no clue how to handle new joiners. Unless your sole intention is for a good pay, I wouldn't recommend people to join this company
