Anyone working on Jaspersoft?

Hi there. Just now I completed one report transition project. We have migrated existing reports to TIBCO Jaspersoft. I am pretty much confident about my skill now. I wanted to know if this skill pays you well in the coming future. And how much can I expect in terms of monetary compensation if I can say I am at moderate to expert level of understanding.

Also which companies can hire for this skill.
