Eventhough u joined, there is no confirmation of getting project easily. Many are still in bench from 2 months and fearing of layoff

HR has discussed about the CTC that would be offered but offer letter is still not released and process in Persistent is very slow and expecting to join immediately in two days but offer is not yet released . If already hired for a specific project how is the process and job security at persistent kindly give me your feedback as I have offer from Accenture too so I am confused with which one to choose . Persistent has agreed to pay me comparatively higher CTC than Accenture
