Anyone working in Google (specifically in Embedded)?

I recently received a verbal offer for an L3 role (a couple of days ago), and I’m hoping everything goes smoothly (it should right?) so that I’ll get the written offer letter soon. I have about 1.5 years of experience, and since my current CTC is 9 LPA, I’m definitely planning to join once the formal offer comes through.

Right now, I’m working at a startup as an Embedded SWE where I handle a lot of responsibilities beyond just coding. This would be my first time moving into a large organization, so please excuse any gaps in my understanding. I do have a few concerns — mainly about the current situation and the possibility of layoffs. On top of that, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure if I’ll be able to keep up with the pace, so I’m anxious about whether my skills will be enough.
