Anyone working at HiLabs?

I have an interview scheduled and I'm reading pretty bad reviews online. Also they didn't clarify the budget for Senior Software Engineer role.

My current yearly TC is 48L (2.6 yoe). How much of a % increase should I ask once we have that conversation?

Please be honest with me, because I could potentially ask my manager to increase my pay based on an offer and there’s always a chance he could refuse and I’d be stuck with HiLabs 😂😅
