💼 Anyone worked at Recruit CRM? Need insights!
How’s the work culture and pay at Recruit CRM—especially for design/tech roles? Worth joining? Open to DMs too. Thanks in advance!

Yes I was one of the first full time UX designers at Recruit CRM

How was the work culture there?

Well see I have no other experience than recruit CRM but I really felt the company had very poor design culture.
While ux designers were the one executing the design and its feature, thinking about the wider scope of a feature and how it connects to the overall app. One of my major complaint was PMs would get similar outcome points for a project by just writing a prd post ux designers are done with the entire feature.
I would work in a silo. After an entire feature is done then only engineers come to play and you have to redesign the entire thing almost every time. Mid fedality wireframes for initial stand ups is not acceptable.
There is no User in the entire UX process. Once the feature is released its ux designers fault for not know better.
