My PM told waiting for HR Responses he said no info yet rejected or for any hope, I think Q1 is done and dusted on exceptional so fullfill all the criteria and get promotion in Q2

When will q2 strt?

This quarter was open for both Q1 and Q2. Now, we have to wait for Q3

It's a matter of time just ,don't be sad & keep hope. I know your batchmates also got the promotion.... :))

And Try to get out of the organization, go somewhere else, don't expect anything, try to get more hikes.
