Anyone who was non-compliant to the WFO hours policy and is/was serving notice period?
Did you receive your final settlement and are they trying to recover any money?
may be I am one of them ..I was not going to ofc since last 5 quaters .. and put my Paper on last Friday . I don't know what will happen . Even I have not received my comp letter yet
Since last 5 quarters? Is your project WFH based? The HR never reached out to you?
yes , no one was able to notice till the last month neither I was getting a call from the HR .But finally I got a call last month that I am not coming to the office .I already made my mind to put my papers because I had an offer in my hand
From what I heard it totally depends on your project, Manager, relationship with HR, etc.
Our project the guy who put papers had been notified some discrepancy due to non compliance but then the manager intervened and got it sorted for him.
But the HR had told they can reduce some stuff for Non Compliance. So do take a call after checking your scenario how you stand with management.
I am not connected with my manager, can you tell me what kind of non compliance was it for that employee?
