Received a merit email this week. Did anyone receive a hike percentage from the manager today?if yes on what basis the percentage will be ? as employees joined after Oct 2023 would not get rating for year 2023

Its generic hike similar to 3 star rating. You will get 3% hike.

I had reporters under me before moving out of project to bench. Today I received email report of hike percentage. 5th rating :4.5% 4th rating : 4% 3rd rating : 3% 2nd : 2% These clowns really want mass resignations like 2 years ago

On calls, weekend support long working hours night shift and the best they give you is 4.5% 😂
