Anyone who is on NO kindly suggest

I am on my NP and due to some health reasons not able to visit office so i raise wfo exception and submitted all the relevant documents on portal as well as on mail but it dint get approved and the wfo exception got system rejected. Now, it show “no show” in my 2office portal. Even my HR is not helping me in this situation. Please suggest will this affect my april salary or fnfz Kindly respond ASAP.
