Anyone who has IPF between 3.5- 3.8 got A BAND ?

It doesn't depends on the IPF, it purely depends on the manager's decision. I have seen people who got A band for 3.6 IPF and I even saw people who got B band even though their IPF is 4.2

Indeed IPF rating is nothing to do with band , I know people with 4.7 got B and 4.01 with C and 4.2 with A

I heard from my peers that IPF rating has no impact on the band. It's up to your manager.
